DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

Within 2 years from the date of sale,
consumers can enjoy warranty service if there is damage caused by the product itself.

Please note that special circumstances such as damage caused by improper maintenance are not covered by warranty.In no event shall PISCES be liable for any special, incidental or consequential
damages.

Why do anodized colors sometimes look different?

Anodized colors can look different than expected because of a few reasons:

Anodizing Method: The way anodizing is done affects color consistency.

Dye Quality: The quality and amount of dye used matter.

Anodizing Details: Things like voltage, temperature, and time influence color.

Lighting: Different lighting can make colors appear different.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! PISCES offer worldwide shipping. We use DHL Express for all of the long distance shipping. Import fees may occur on orders outside EU depending on the country

Can I pay extra to have my wheels built sooner?

All wheels are built according to the availability of customizable components which means that if the components of your wheels are currently available, they will be built faster. If the components of your wheels are not currently available, the build time will be longer to accommodate getting those components in stock.

What is the build time?

We estimate build times between 2-3 weeks. Though production can be expedited, the complexity of the build must strongly be considered. Finishing experiences high-volume orders in queue during certain seasons, but we account for each stage within the timeframe provided.

Can I be the sole distributor in my area?

We evaluate distributor requests on a case-by-case basis. Exclusive distribution rights depend on market demand, location, and business capacity. If you're interested in becoming a sole distributor, please reach out to discuss potential partnership opportunities.

How can I get pisces parts displays for my showroom?

We offer showroom display packages to authorized dealers and retailers. To request a display, please contact our sales team and provide details about your showroom. Availability is subject to
approval and stock levels.

Will I receive tracking information after I place my order?

Yes, we can. We need customers to provide calipers and fork models.
