At Pisces Racing, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. We ship to France, the European Union (EU), the mainland United States, and most international destinations.
Please review the following information regarding production, shipping, and delivery conditions before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All Pisces Racing wheels are made to order based on the specifications selected by the customer.
Production time is typically 2–4 weeks before shipment.
Once production is completed, your order will be carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for dispatch.
Please note that production times may vary depending on order volume and customization requirements.
Shipping Fee
We offer a flat shipping rate of €40 per order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Carriers
To ensure reliable and secure international delivery, we primarily ship orders using DHL Express.
In certain cases, alternative carriers may be used depending on the destination or logistics availability.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:
France (Mainland): 2–7 business days
Europe (excluding France): 5–10 business days
International (outside Europe): 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, destination country logistics, and courier operations.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to mainland France, EU countries, the mainland United States, and most international destinations.
However, our standard shipping service does not include remote areas, overseas territories, or islands outside mainland regions, including but not limited to:

U.S. non-mainland states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. island territories

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you require assistance, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number so we can help you check the delivery status.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees may be charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for information regarding possible charges.
Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable carriers such as DHL, Pisces Racing cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

Peak Season Delays
During peak shopping periods (such as holidays, major sales events, or high-demand seasons), production and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual.
We always aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and will notify customers if significant delays occur.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We recommend reporting any issue within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
Our team will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in resolving the matter.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.
Pisces Racing cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Address Change Deadline
If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
We will attempt to update the address before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, address changes may no longer be possible.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order, including refusal due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, the shipment may be returned to us by the carrier.
In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for accepting the delivery and paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes required by the destination country.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
