At Pisces Racing, we take pride in offering high-quality, made-to-order motorcycle wheels and accessories.
Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from https://piscesracing.fr/, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Modification Within 24 Hours

Because our products are manufactured according to customer-selected specifications, customers may request modifications within 24 hours of placing an order.

Within this 24-hour period, you may request changes to:

  • Product specifications

  • Colour or finish

  • Wheel size or configuration

  • Other selectable customization options

To request a modification, you must contact our support team and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used for the order

  • A clear description of the requested modification

Our support team will review the request and confirm whether the modification can be applied.

Important:
Once the order enters the production process, modifications are no longer possible.

2. Order Cancellation and Refunds Within 24 Hours

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.

If a cancellation request is approved within this period:

  • A refund may be issued to the original payment method.

  • Administrative costs, payment processing fees, taxes, and other applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

The exact refundable amount will be confirmed by our support team after reviewing the order.

After 24 hours, orders are considered in production and cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of verified product quality issues.

3. Customized / Made-to-Order Products

All Pisces Racing products are customized or built-to-order according to customer-selected specifications.

In accordance with international e-commerce practices and applicable consumer protection regulations regarding customized goods, we do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality-related reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection of product options or specifications

  • Incorrect fitment for the customer’s motorcycle

  • Personal aesthetic preferences

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all specifications and product options are correct before placing an order.

4. Returns for Quality Issues Only

Returns are accepted only in the case of verified product quality defects.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing or quality issue, you must:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product

  2. Provide clear video evidence showing the alleged defect

  3. Include your order number and a description of the issue

Video evidence is required so that our technical team can properly evaluate the issue and prevent misuse of the return policy.

We reserve the right to decline return requests if:

  • Sufficient proof is not provided, or

  • the issue is determined not to be related to product quality.

5. Return Conditions

If a return request is approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be returned in perfect condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returned items do not meet these conditions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Once a returned product is received and inspected:

  2. If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days after inspection.

  3. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If a return is approved due to a verified product quality issue, return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

9. Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our products, direct exchanges are not offered.

If a verified quality issue is confirmed, Pisces Racing may, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement product

  • Offer a repair solution

  • Issue a partial or full refund

10. Legal Rights

This Return & Refund Policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable laws, including European consumer protection regulations.

Where mandatory legal rights apply, those rights will prevail.
