At Pisces Racing, we take pride in offering high-quality, made-to-order products. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Customized / Made-to-Order Products
All our products are custom-made or built according to customer-selected specifications.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality-related reasons, including but not limited to:
1. Change of mind
2. Incorrect selection of options or specifications
3. Incompatibility with the customer’s motorcycle or application
4. Aesthetic preferences
Please ensure that all product options and specifications are carefully reviewed before placing your order.

2. Returns for Quality Issues Only
We accept returns only in the case of verified product quality defects.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing or quality issue, you must:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
2. Provide clear video evidence showing the alleged defect
3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
Video evidence is required to help us accurately assess the issue and prevent misuse of the return policy.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if sufficient proof is not provided or if the issue is determined not to be a product quality defect.

3. Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the following conditions must be met:
1. Products must be returned in perfect condition
2. Products must be unused
3. Products must be returned in their original packaging
4. All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet these conditions.

5. Refund Process
1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection.
3. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
1. If the return is due to a confirmed product quality issue, return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.
2. Unauthorized or non-approved returns will not be accepted.

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to the customized nature of our products.
If a quality issue is confirmed, we may, at our discretion:
1. Offer a replacement
2. Repair the product
3. Issue a refund

8. Legal Rights
